Cancellation Policy — Full Details

Free Cancellation — 24+ Hours Notice

Cancel your Conway dumpster rental at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time and you’ll receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment. No cancellation fee. No penalty. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Late Cancellation — Within 24 Hours of Delivery

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery may incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee partially covers our routing costs, truck scheduling, and the reserved container that could have been delivered elsewhere in Faulkner County.

We understand emergencies happen — projects get rained out, family situations arise, Conway contractors face sudden job site changes. If you have an extenuating circumstance, call us and explain the situation. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and often waive the fee for genuine emergencies.

Rescheduling — Free with 12+ Hours Notice

Need to move your delivery to a different date? No problem. Call us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery and we’ll reschedule at no charge. Rescheduling is subject to availability — we recommend calling as early as possible, especially during peak periods like spring storm cleanup season (March–May) and UCA graduation week in May.

Driver Cannot Access Property (No-Show Delivery)

If our driver arrives at your Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower, or Maumelle property and is unable to complete delivery due to:

• Blocked access (cars, equipment, gates)
• Unsafe placement location
• Wrong address provided at booking
• No authorized person present when required

…a $50 redelivery fee may apply to cover the driver’s time and fuel. We’ll contact you immediately to reschedule. The best way to avoid this: confirm your address when booking, ensure access is clear, and tell us about any potential access issues in advance.

Weather-Related Delays in Faulkner County

Conway and Faulkner County sit in the Arkansas tornado corridor. When severe weather makes delivery unsafe, we’ll contact you as early as possible to reschedule at no charge to you. This most commonly applies during the March–May tornado and severe storm season.

Conversely, if you’re renting for storm damage cleanup and the weather delays your ability to load, call us to extend your rental at the standard $15/day rate.

Mid-Rental Cancellation (Early Pickup)

If you finish your project early and want us to pick up the dumpster before your rental period ends, we’re happy to do that. Call us and we’ll schedule an early pickup — usually same-day or next day in Conway and the Faulkner County area.

There is no refund for unused rental days. For example, if you booked a 7-day rental and call for pickup on Day 3, you’ve paid for 7 days and we pick up on Day 3 — no refund for Days 4–7, but also no additional charge.
