1. Parties and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding rental agreement between Dumpster Rentals Conway (“Company,” “we,” “us”), located at 608 Highway 285 N7, Conway, AR 72032, and the person or entity booking a dumpster rental (“Customer,” “you”).

By booking a rental — whether by phone, text, or email — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all dumpster rental services delivered throughout Faulkner County, including Conway (72032, 72034, 72035), Greenbrier (72058), Vilonia (72173), Mayflower (72106), and Maumelle (72113).

3. Prohibited Materials

The following materials cannot be placed in any dumpster rented from Dumpster Rentals Conway. These restrictions exist because of Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (ADEE) landfill regulations, federal EPA rules, and public safety requirements:

❌ Hazardous liquids & chemicals
  • Paint, stains, and varnish
  • Motor oil and automotive fluids
  • Solvents and thinners
  • Pesticides and herbicides
  • Pool chemicals
❌ Regulated waste & hazards
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical and biohazard waste
  • Freon-containing appliances (unless refrigerant removed)
  • Electronics with lithium batteries (bulk quantities)
  • Radioactive materials
❌ Pressurized & flammable
  • Propane tanks and cylinders
  • Gasoline and fuel
  • Aerosol cans (partially full)
  • Batteries (car batteries, lithium packs)
❌ Other prohibited items
  • Tires (handled separately for $15 each)
  • Animals or organic material (food waste)
  • Wet concrete in large quantities (call first)
  • Railroad ties treated with creosote

Customer responsibility: If prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster, the Customer is responsible for all additional disposal costs, fines imposed by the landfill or ADEE, and any remediation required. These costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

If you’re unsure whether an item is allowed, call us before loading at (501) 764-2100. We’d rather answer a 30-second question than have a rejected load.

4. Delivery, Placement, and Site Access

The Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible location for dumpster placement. Specifically:

  • Clear access: The delivery location must be accessible by our roll-off truck. Overhead clearance of at least 18 feet and adequate turning space are required. Narrow lanes in some Conway neighborhoods and Faulkner County rural properties may require a call-ahead to confirm feasibility.
  • Private property preferred: We strongly recommend placement on your private driveway or lot. Placement on public streets in Conway may require a City of Conway permit — see our Permit Guide.
  • Driveway protection: We place heavy-duty wooden protection boards under every dumpster placed on a concrete or asphalt surface at no extra charge. This is our standard practice. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to the surface or damage caused by substrate failure.
  • Level surface: The container must be placed on a reasonably level, solid surface capable of supporting the weight of the container and its contents.
  • Overhead hazards: It is the Customer’s responsibility to identify and disclose overhead wires, low-hanging branches, or other hazards before delivery.

5. Loading Rules — Weight and Fill Level

For the safety of our drivers and compliance with Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) regulations:

  • Do not overfill: Materials must not extend above the rim of the dumpster. Overfilled containers cannot be safely transported and will not be picked up until excess materials are removed — at the Customer’s expense.
  • Weight limits apply: See the pricing table in Section 2. Overweight fees are $75 per ton above the included limit. Weight is measured at the licensed Faulkner County disposal facility after pickup.
  • Heavy materials warning: Concrete, brick, tile, and roofing shingles are significantly heavier than household debris. If your project involves heavy materials, discuss sizing with us before booking to avoid overweight charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at the time of booking or delivery, as agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and approved business accounts.

Any additional charges (overweight, extra days, tire removal, extended delivery zone) are calculated after pickup and charged to the payment method on file. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing them.

Disputed charges must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, charges are considered accepted.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

See our full Cancellation Policy for complete details. Summary:

  • Free cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur a $50 cancellation fee
  • Rescheduling: Free with at least 12 hours notice — call (501) 764-2100
  • No-show access: If our driver cannot access your property at the scheduled delivery time, a redelivery fee of $50 may apply

8. Liability and Damage

Dumpster Rentals Conway carries general liability insurance for our operations. However:

  • We are not liable for damage to surfaces with pre-existing cracks, structural weakness, or inadequate thickness — even when protection boards are used
  • We are not liable for property damage caused by the Customer directing placement in an unsafe location
  • Customers are liable for all damage to the dumpster container caused by improper use, including loading of prohibited materials or overloading beyond safe capacity
  • We are not responsible for damage to property or injury caused by third parties interacting with the dumpster during the rental period

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Frequently Asked Questions — Rental Terms

What happens if I put something in the dumpster that’s not allowed?+
If prohibited materials are identified at the landfill, we will contact you and you will be responsible for the additional disposal or remediation costs. These vary depending on the material type and Arkansas ADEE requirements. Call us at (501) 764-2100 if you’re ever unsure whether an item is accepted — we’d rather answer the question before it becomes a problem.
Can I extend my rental period in Conway if I need more time?+
Yes. Call us at (501) 764-2100 before your rental period ends. Extra days are $15 per day. We’ll adjust your rental and update the pickup schedule. Don’t wait until the last minute — we schedule pickups in advance and may need notice to accommodate an extension.
What if the dumpster damages my driveway in Conway?+
We place driveway protection boards under every container at no charge, and we have successfully delivered thousands of dumpsters across Conway without driveway damage. However, we are not liable for damage to driveways with pre-existing cracks, structural weakness, or inadequate substrate. If you’re concerned about your specific driveway, call us before booking and we’ll discuss the best placement approach for your property.
How do overweight fees work and can I avoid them?+
Overweight fees are $75 per ton above your included weight limit. Weight is measured at the disposal facility after pickup. To avoid overweight fees: tell us what type of materials you’re loading when you book. Heavy materials like roofing shingles, concrete, and tile hit weight limits faster than volume limits. We’ll recommend the right container size for both the volume AND the weight of your specific project.
